I am a results-driven Senior Frontend Developer at oladoc.com, Pakistan's leading online platform for healthcare services, including 3M+ doctor appointments, 350k+ online consultations, and 20k+ surgery bookings. Since October 2020, I have been developing and maintaining live web applications for oladoc.com and MyPractice (for doctors). My expertise lies in enhancing scalability, user experience, and frontend architecture.

Key Achievements:

• Scalable Frontend Development:

  Delivered pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible frontend solutions for oladoc.com, MyPractice web, and B2B partnerships, including:
• SIMOSA(Jazz) Health Blog in-app widget (customizable for partners like Zong).
• EasyPaisa and Zong Subscription Plans UI.
• Jubilee Claim Management and Tracking widgets UI
• Insured ,widget Pages and campaign UIs (Indrive, Shell, Infini, HBL and other banks and partners).

• Video Consultation UI Development:

  Delivered a pixel-perfect, end-to-end video consultation UI flow, ensuring a seamless user experience for one of oladoc.com's core features. This implementation enabled doctors and patients to connect via video calls from anywhere, which was particularly impactful during the COVID-19 pandemic. The feature boosted business growth by highlighting the convenience and reliability of remote consultations.

• Modernization with Vue.js:

  Removed legacy code and updated the UI development stack to make doctor practice management more convenient. This conversion significantly increased doctor adoption of the MyPractice platform, reversing prior attrition caused by poor user experience and outdated technology.

• Performance Optimization:

  Initiated and led performance optimization efforts since 2021, transforming oladoc.com into a high-performing platform. Enhanced Core Web Vitals to surpass competitors in Pakistan, achieving improved rankings and significantly reducing advertising expenditures. This strategic optimization directly contributed to substantial cost savings and elevated user satisfaction through improved website performance.

• UI/UX Enhancements:

  Developed optimized CSS and implemented UX improvements across CodeIgniter and Laravel frameworks, ensuring cohesive user experiences.

• Prototyping & Design Leadership:

  Designed core UI components for critical platform features such as:
• Prescription upload, appointment booking, city, medicine, and test listing pages.
• Redesigned login/signup pages and refined workflows for claim tracking and management.
• Enhanced the procedure user experience and contributed to MyPractice app feature designs, collaborating with the app development team to deliver impactful solutions.
• Guided designers to improve mobile and app UX, making designs more user-friendly.

• Cypress Test Automation:

  Initiated automation of test cases to ensure smooth functionality of core features. This proactive approach eliminated delays in identifying and addressing issues, which previously impacted traffic and user experience. By running multiple daily test cycles, we now identify and resolve failures immediately, improving overall reliability.
• Automated 25+ test cases, covering login, signup, appointment booking, prescription uploads, and cart workflows.
• Integrated Cypress with Slack for real-time reporting, ensuring robust testing processes and insights into test performance.

  oladoc.com is a multi-service platform offering doctor appointments, video consultations, lab tests, and medicine bookings via web and app. It features separate apps for doctors and users, and I manage the frontend web development efforts, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless user experiences.
